Legal Services
As a Unite member, you’re covered for a full range of legal services.
We have dedicated solicitors who are experts in handling claims on behalf of Unite members who have suffered personal and serious injuries including road traffic accidents, brain or spinal injuries, asbestos and industrial diseases. Members can also benefit from expert representation in pursuing a claim for clinical negligence.
Members’ families, who are not in employment, are also covered for personal and serious injuries away from work, including on holiday and on the roads.
In addition to personal injuries and employment matters, you can contact Unite Legal Services to get support with conveyancing, will writing, powers of attorney and living wills. We also provide a free legal helpline for members for up to half an hour of free advice on non-work related matters.
Unite Legal Services’ specialist solicitors will work hard to get you the compensation you rightly deserve. We will take action as quickly as possible and keep you updated and informed throughout your claim. What’s more, you’re guaranteed to keep 100% of your compensation through Unite Legal Services. High street firms and the claims companies you see advertised on TV can take up to 30% of your damages, but your Unite membership means you will always keep 100% of your compensation – whatever the injury, however complex the claim.
You can find out more about Unite legal services on our dedicated website.
